Moscow City Court has supported the position of AGP’s client in a labor dispute.

The Moscow City Court, having heard an employee’s appeal from district court’s decision on a labor dispute, upheld the decision that the court of the first instance had rendered in favor of AGP’s client. Both courts found that the employment was terminated for a legitimate reason, i.e. unsatisfactory performance during the probation period and agreed with the attitude of the employer (AGP’s client) who considerd that not only employee’s professional skills but also his/her personality traits were subject to assessment by the employer during the probation period.
