Litigation over Reinstatement to a Job
Court of the first instance has dismissed claims of a former employee for reinstatement to job. The hearing lasted for more than 8 hours because the employee denied the fact of committing of disciplinary offences, receiving and awareness of the documents relating to the imposition of disciplinary sanctions and 9 witnesses were summoned and interrogated in course of the proceedings, including witnesses for the plaintiff. Both the public prosecutor and the court recognized that the employer had lawfully terminated the employee and the claim for reinstatement to the job was dismissed.
