A Two Years’ Dispute over Infringement of Rights to a Trademark Family Has Been Resolved in Favor of the Trademark Owner

AGP lawyers who represented a trademark family owner in a two years’ dispute have managed to obtain a regional court’s order prohibiting the use by a Russian company of similar names in its company name, the name of its sales outlet, shipping documents, and in the Internet.
Damages for infringement of trademark owner’s exclusive rights have been recovered in favor of the trademark owner. A favorable judgement was rendered upon a retrial of the case before a court of the first instance. The trademark owner was represented by AGP lawyers Elena Gorodisskaya and Olga Zelenskaya.
