Legal Dispute – Repeated Violations Proved

AGP attorneys Marina Abramova and Kristina Timoshenko provided legal support to an employer in imposing disciplinary sanctions on an employee and terminating her for non-performance of job functions. After the employee’s bringing a legal action for reinstatement in job, AGP attorneys defended the employer’s interests and demonstrated the valid legal grounds for the employee’s termination.

During the 8-hours’ hearing at the trial court, more than 10 witnesses – both for the employee and the employer – were interrogated. By resolution of the District Court, the employee’s claim was dismissed. In this February, the Moscow City Court examined the employee’s appeal and held that her termination was legal and valid and dismissed all the arguments of the employee.
