We are pleased to announce that Andrey Gorodissky & Partners has strengthened its IP practice by merging patent attorneys of Popelensky, Patent & Trademark Attorneys.

AGP has been cooperating for many years with Popelensky, Patent & Trademark Attorneys, which has been providing IP law services since 1995 and has gained a high and well-deserved reputation in the sector. The merger of two well-established teams of professionals into a combined stronger team capable of meeting challenges of any complexity is a logical result of our long-standing successful relationship development and has been prompted by ever growing demand from our clients for IP law services.

Commenting on the merger, AGP Managing Partner Andrey Gorodissky said, ‘We are happy to welcome the new members of our team. I am confident that the merger will have most positive impact on our capability to provide a full range of high-quality services relating to registration and protection of IP rights and will enable our IP practice to further strengthen its reputation as one of the leaders in the market.’

As member of the combined team, Nikolay Popelensky with a 39-years’ experience in the sector, who is Russian patent attorney and Eurasian patent attorney, will supervise matters relating to inventions, utility models and industrial designs. Trademark matters will be handled under supervision of Elena Gorodisskaya with 20 years of experience as trademark attorney, who has been listed among best IP attorneys by the Best Lawyers and named Trade Mark Star by the Managing Intellectual Property Magazine.
