The II COMPLIANCE CASE FORUM 2017 hold in Moscow on April 20-21, 2017 was attended by AGP partner, head of antimonopoly practice Marina Abramova and AGP lawyers Anna Velichko and Jose Tobar.

Marina delivered a report on “Antimonopoly compliance as a mechanism of proving lack of fault in a company”. The discussion was primarily focused on the question of whether and in what cases a legal entity’s having an efficient antimonopoly compliance system may be relied upon to exclude its liability.

Marina Abramova has more than 20 years of legal experience in almost all the areas of Russian law governing business industries. She is also a member of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts and works towards improvement of the Russian antimonopoly legislation, sharing her expertise with the business community.
