The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa issued a release on the 2018-2019 research, which names four departments and eight individual lawyers of AGP among the best ones.

Individual lawyer ranking includes:

Alexey Gorodissky and Dmitri Lubomudrov named in Corporate and Commercial/ /M&A;

Marina Abramova and Kristina Timoshenko – in Employment;

Elena Gorodisskaya, Alexey Gorodissky and Anatoly Sherstin – in Intellectual Property;

Valentin Moiseev and Evgeny Kalinin – in Tax Law.

Legal 500 EMEA recommends AGP’s teams Commercial, Corporate and M&А, Employment, Intellectual Property, and Tax.

With regard to AGP’s Corporate / M&A, the ranking notes, based on the client feedback, that Andrey Gorodissky & Partners has ‘an excellent reputation’ in the space. The firm is chaired by founder Andrey Gorodissky, who impresses with his ‘outstanding knowledge of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions' and for 'delivering real value-for-money’.

Dmitry Lubomudrov is another key figure; he ‘takes a very efficient and client-focused approach’ to cross-border M&A, project finance transactions and debt-finance projects.

The ranking organizers note that the “practice is notably active in high-value M&A deals and joint ventures in the real estate and construction and IT investment areas”.
